Refund and Returns Policy

No Refund Policy

We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order is successfully placed and paid for, the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.


Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or discount are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.


Returns for Exchange Only

We only accept exchanges in the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must email us at support@vibratoshop.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • An unboxing video (clearly showing the damaged or defective item) is mandatory for processing the exchange request.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If approved, we will ship a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability). If the item is out of stock or an exchange is not feasible, we will issue a store credit coupon code of equivalent value.


No Cash Refunds

Please note that money once paid will not be refunded, regardless of the situation. We do not offer cash or PayPal refunds for any product or order.


Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are only accepted before dispatch, and must be requested via email at support@vibratoshop.com.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Payment Method

We accept payments securely via PayPal.
All transactions are protected and processed through PayPal’s encrypted gateway.
